Students are required to attend all scheduled exams.Cutting exams will be treated as a class cut and disciplinary action will be taken.Students who cut an exam forfeit their right to take a make-up exam. Make up exams need to be approved by Mr. Brennan or Ms. Dawe
Students who do not take a scheduled exam will receive a zero for the exam.
Students arriving late will need to sign in at the office. A pass will be given from the office to go to their exam or cafeteria.
On the 1/2 days of exams, students with their own transportation are only required to attend school for their scheduled exams, i.e. a student with only a first period exam can leave after the exam period has ended.
Any student with his/her own transportation who is not scheduled for a first period exam is to report to the main office for attendance upon arrival to school.This attendance record will not reflect a tardy or absence.
Students without their own transportation, who have no exam or a studyduring an exam period, are to report to the café for directed study.
Any student scheduled for Physical Education/Project Adventure on a ½ day exam day, who does not have their own transportation, must report to the cafe for a study.
All students need to remain in the examination room until the end of the test period. Students should not be in the halls for any reason.
BUSES will leave school at 10:45 on January 23, 24, 25 (2019) There will be no bus transportation available after 10:45 am.
The last day to take an approved make up exam is Friday, January 25 from 11:50-2:13 pm.
All clubs, teams, groups, etc., are not to meet until 2:13 p.m.
STUDENTS ARE TO STAY AWAY FROM ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS ON THE DAYS OF EARLY RELEASE FROM EXAMS.
Second semester courses and Quarter 3 will begin on Monday, January 8, 2019.
